Withdrawal of MIS amount

My mother (satyabhama) is passed away on 10th Feb 09, i submitted MIS for withdrawal (nomine-Sreenivasa) on 16th April 09 Till now i did't received replay from post office Located at hanumantha nager name as banashankari post office near mathru sagar hotal hunmantha nagar 50ft road.

postmaster is telling come 3 days later 3days later like than postmaster told around 4times. We required money urgently please do the needfull
