Harrasment by DDA -Refund of Registration Deposit against 6 self financing scheme 1985

My husband Sh. S.K.Goyal had applied for refund of Rs. 10000 alond with accrued interest against the deposit for sixth self financing scheme 1985. Till date e have not recd. the same despite repeated visits and communications. My Husband had expired in september and i am finding it very difficult to followt his issue. DDA is not refunding the amount. I seek help to solve thsi issue.
