No reply to my letter about change of category and non-return of my original FDR

I applied for a dda plot under the rohini scheme in 1981 vide aplication no10403. I have been allotted a priority no. 2503. I applied for a change of category from Janta to MIG in 1986. Along with the application I deposited my original FDR. In spite of repeated reminders I have neither been given any reply about the change of category nor has my original FDR been returned to me. I request an early response and my original FDR.
