Non allotment of flat in sixth self financing scehme 1985

I have applied one flat in sixth self financing scheme 1985 vide application no 31368dt 23.7.85 and fdr no 05573 dt 23.07.85

from central bank of india delhi cantt branch. since 23 years have been passed i have received no response from dda. Neither i have got any flat nor any respounse from dda .as i have not any flat in delhi so please allot me a flat in delhi
