Unauthorised encroachment/changed in construction by M/s. Goel Store, Shop No.7, B - Block, Main Market, dilshad Garden, Delhi - 95 under CSC scheme No.575 on 2/07 (night hours) extended his shutter by removing the old shutter provided by the DDA. Also several letters has been written to the SHO, Mansarover Park, Police station, Delhi but all in vain and likely to shift his shutter upto the 3 feet of chajja any time as he threatended.

Further, inform to you that the said owner of Shop No.7, has constructed the basement without approval of the authority in the open court yard.

In the light of the above circumstances, it is my humble request to you to save me and property from this illegal construction and take the immediate action to seal the Shop No.7 of B - Block, Main Market, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 93.
