Very poor sertvices

I im using Bharat Gas. My consumer No. is10037.Agency name is Delhi Gas, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. The agency behavior is very bad. They don't bother with any complaint. I have coplaint them too many times about delay in delivery of cylinder, even they don't know how to talk. Their language is not good. But they are very good with black marketers. I have seen their employies selling LPG cyliders in black between Rs.500/- to Rs.600/-.openly. They don't afraid from any one. Even after 15-20 days when their person come to our house for delivery of cylinder they insist to buy the local Namkeen Packets with the cylinder.

I want to confirm from your side is their any scheme of buying the namkeen packets with the cylinder?

Please take necessary action against this agency.
