Hi,

My office is at Gurgaon. I reside at Delhi. I am Tag holder from the first day of opening of this Delhi-Gurgaon expressway. I pay Rs.540/- every month.

The purpose of Tag is to pass Toll gate without stop. But Daily it took minimum 5 min to cross toll gate even I am a TAG holder. Some times due to late of this 5 mins I lost my half day salary.

The security people stand at toll gate won't take any actions just stand like statues. The people without having TAG also enters in TAG lines. If we ask the security people about this, they are very rude and behave just like Gundas and Rowdis.

The Toll gate in DELHI-GURGAON express way is maintained by DS Constructions very unorgainized way. In Saturday and holidays the close some lines and maintain same traffic jams. The main aim is people to stop and wast petrol and money.

Is there any body to take action against them.
