Sewer water in drinking water pile line

We are resident of Janta Flats (Hari Enclave, Hari Nagar, N Delhi-64), Dirty Sewer water is mixing in drinking water supply pipe line. we have complain many time verbally and in written (Dy No-71 on 18 Apr 09) to Zone-IV, West-1, but no action has been taken place and still very frequently we get Dirty (Black, smelling water) sewerage water.

also we have complain to 011-23814322 (This number is printed behind Delhi jal board Bill we receive every time) on 18 Apr 09, they took our complain on phone (complain No-4) and assured that the team will visit our houses on 18 Apr 09 evening, but no one has turned up till now.

sewer line and water line are running parallel and due to no mentanance both water getting mixed, due to this we are suffering from many desease.

Water & Sewer line should be checked for leakage and this should be rectified immediateley.

Would anyone pay attention to this please
