Dirty water and bad smell in the wate

I C Rama Krishna Sharma resident of N-173, Type IV, Sector 8, R K Puram, New Delhi- 110022, am not getting the water past 15 days. If it is coming then dirty and bad smell which can not be used for taking the bath or washing the cloths. I have complained to CPWD Enquiry also about this. They are saying it is Jal Board Problem. Please look into and do needful action
