Delay in sanctioning new water connection

I, Ashok Gupta, resident of 121 bharat nagar delhi-110052 near Ashok vihar has applied for water connection on 17-07 vide acknowledgement number-348083 file number-97 but till now i have not got th connection.

Inspite of your their visits to our place, doccuments completed in all respects, and 4-5 times my personal visits there has been undue delay in sanctioning water connection from the prescribed time limit.

On few ocassions the concerned persons were not found in chair and during my last visit one of the official has ignored my request completely.

I have to arrange water around 70 meters away from my home from my temple. It is very tough to carry 10 buckets twice a day every day.

Please do the needfull to reduce th einconvience caused to me.

Issue of application forms Zonal Revenue Officer/Zonal Engineer (W)

-On all working days between 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cost Rs.10/-

Acceptance of application form and issue of acknowledgement Zonal Engineer (W) Form complete in all respect

-shall be accepted on the spot and send the file to ZRO concerned on next day.

No dues / Development Charges / Unauthorised water connection report.

-ZRO (W)/ Survey Officer Within three working days.

Technical clearance and intimation to the consumer and ZRO (W) Zonal Engineer (W)

- Within 2 days

Issue of bill for payment ZRO (W)
