NO SUPPLY LINE IN OUR AREA

I live in Munirka Village House No.160-K. There is no supply line near my house and I have taken water connection from the water supply line almost 800 feet away from my house. There is only one tubewell and almost more than 1000 connections are there to this water supply line (most of them are illegal), water pressure is so low that I dont get water and I have to run water pump almost 8 hours a day still water comes less and electricity bill is huge (last month more than Rs.8400 electricity I had to pay). Can DJB provide water supply pipeline near our houses. Can DJB check illegal connections and take action?
