Not issuing the parking pass

Respected sir

It’s been 3 to 4 years that we have been travelling through metro so we park our vehicles at Delhi university metro station everyday as we commute through metro; it saves our time to reach our office. So we filled the vehicle parking form a month ago. it has been 15 days our request has got approved but the parking owner of Delhi university metro station is not making our passes and uses abusive language because of which we are facing problem daily. I request you to kindly resolve our problem as it is becoming very difficult day by day. Waiting for your reply.
