For better service

It is an every day affair that we have to stand in long Que before making entry into metro station in Guru Dronacharya, Gurgaon due to security check takes lot of time. There are personnels (CISF staff) standing near the security check place without any work but one person only do the security check when 200 passengers are standing every day in the que.

Please provide two points for passengers security check in Gurudronacharya as every day I used to stand in the que for 20 to 30 minutes. Most of other stations are doing this to help passengers go through the security check fast.
