Order not delivered 3 days gone

My order -15102009144, I order Nirula's cake on 15th Oct.. ITS still not delivered its 18th of Oct now.

If they can not deliver Nirula's cake then why do they advertise.

It was supposed to be delivered before Diwali, the whole purpose of sending the cake is lost. Its such a disappointment and extremely poor customer service. NO ONE ever picks up the phone they mentioned. I have emailed 3 complaints to their site and NO answer yet.
