Equest for necessary action against the conductor & chief checke

SIR, I beg to sumbit I am a regular passenger of DTC from Mangolpur School to Madhuwan Chowk. I am travelling with ticket of Rs 3/- no.-(041) 75266 at 8:30am on dt.15/11/08 which is genuine fare. After deboarding at Madhuwan Chowk your checking staffs were pulling me by holding my collar of the shirt. Use abusing language, forcibly search my pocket, trashing my neak, taking away Rs100/- forcibly & giving a challen no.324839 by saying you have boarded from one privious stand, which is false. Is this your working culture to search pocket & above activities in the public place, in front of public? Is there no value of humanity in DTC? Please take strict action against the bus conductor, bus no-6525 route no-182 A &the chief ticket checker.

I eagerly waiting for your reply & please inform me what action you have taken.
