DEL Laptop used at home
Not able to connect even after 22 days

Dear Sir,

On 25th March, I had submiitted written complaint at BSNL Internet Section at HB Colony Main Road, Visakhapatnam and the complaint is registered in your complaint notebook. My internet is not working from 13-3-09 and says the error is 815.It is pity that so far no action is taken to set right my connection even though 10 days has passed after my registration of my complaint. Please set it right.

(1) No telepone calls are attended by you.

(2) In voice interactivecall system thye complaints are nor registered properly.

This proves a very inefficient and poor service. Kindly set lt right early.
