DELL
Fading of colour of studio 1435

I am pragyan, an engineering student from orissa.i have purchased a dell studio 1435 laptop on 3rd march.i have paid Rs50000 for it . its colour was flamingo pink.but to my surprise its colour is fadig from all the corners.i talked to concerned dealer but he suggested me to talk to dell.when i tell about my problem, dell help center suggested me again to pay Rs8450 to repair it.its not convenient for me again to pay Rs8450, after paying Rs50, 000 only four months ago.please help me in this regard.i want my laptop to be fixed.service tax no of my laptop is 1X1W2BS.i am attaching photos of my laptop.
