I bought dell inspiron 1545 (details as service tag no. 2phj3bs ref no- 08225, but the overall expirence was very bad. there were many problems with the system in terms of windows installation, primary software running etc. when contacted to customer care services, they were not helpfull at all. they were rude and just banged the phone down without even answering to the query.
i tried many times but still the same response as earlier. i hope you look into the matter as early as possible.
