Not getting any help with my questions

I bought all this stuff that was recommended by your company at a cost of 532.39, on 8/19... Com puter ran the same. Called to ask why, then I was told to call Corel they told me I needed to buy more stuff... If you look at my past history you will see I have bought alot from your company, Now why would I spend over 600.00 for a 2002 computer when I just bought a lap top with 4 g and a wirelesss mouse for less. I feel like I got ripped off.

I called took a long time to get threw to someone, was sent all over the place and the guy hung up on me, with no call back, I sent an email was told I would be contacted and again was not.

I was going to buy a new dell for Christmas, Maybe its time to start going with another company. I have bought Dells and recommened them since 1994.
