Poor quality products

Hi,

I've purchased a Dell laptop (inspiron model) and i feel that these are very very poor in quality and does not give much satisfaction, I have a problem in my laptop from the day one and cusotomer care is least bothered to resolve the issue. they only assist us over phone in case of OS re instatllation. they send a engineer in case of part replacements, and i find they are not much skilled to do. Laptop is a sensitive item and it requires lot of care while handling which does not see in their engineers. I suggest every one not to buy " Dell Laptops ".
