Non Reciept of PF till date

This is to inform you that I Graham Antunis was a employee of DELL - Chandigarh till Feb after I received my PF A/C No: KN/BN/24960/28923 I applied for my PF in the month of June my application reached PF Department Bangalore office in the month of July and process of the same started. In the month of November two cheques were sent from PF Department Bangalore were sent to my CitiBank Account in Chandigarh but by then in the month of September My CitiBank Account was closed.

When I contacted PF Department Bangalore office for the same in the month of Dec I was told that, the cheques have already been sent to my Citibank Account. On getting to know this I immediately told the concerned person that my CitiBank account has been closed from Sep 2008. I was immediately informed to send a Re-authorization letter with the Latest Bank Account number and name of the Bank with complete address which I was doing business with. On the 11 of Dec I did the same and on the 16th of December my Re- Authorization application had reached PF Department Office - Bangalore. When I contacted PF Department -Bangalore I was told that the Re-authorization letter was received by them on 16th and I was promised at that moment that within the next 20 to 25 working days the money would be in my Account which is with Barclay's Bank, A/C Number 000001142521.

I am sorry to state that, till date I have received no money in my account from PF department Bangalore. I am in great need of this money as, my father needs medical help as he is suffering from 2nd stage of cancer.

Sir, please look into this with stern and quick action.
