Refused to supply laoptop at agreed price

On 03.11. Dell offered a loptop branded VOSTRO 1310 for Rs 38, 800. I placed order for the same. Immediatly i received a refernce/ Order no. After half an hour i received a call from Dell Salesperson from Bangalore. he asked for confimration of the order, Confirmation of the Address and lots of other things. I confimred the order and whatever was asked by him. Later in the day when i enquired about my order status, Dell people informed me that the i will have to pay rs 56, 000 for the same. When I quoted the price advertised on website, they refused to honour the price. I asked them that Dell has confirmed the order for advertised price, why are they going back. Now dell people are not answering my mails and concerned person is not giving contact details of his seniors. Please ask dell people to supply the material at agreed price.
