Compelling to buy new license

Hello Sir,

I am planning to buy a new laptop. So, when I browsed dell's website to select a model, they all

are coming with new windows vista license.

My complaint is that, I already have a license for Windows Vista Home Premium and I really don't want to buy a new one. I only wanted a new laptop not a new license then why should I buy a new one??

It's all against consumer rights!!

They should give the option of :

>> Windows

>> No Operating System

But they can't compell me for Windows!! That's Unfair!!
