The company's customer care is the extremely rude and pathetic. The spokepersons who hung up the call on me on inquiring for laptop purchase includes the names of
1. Mr. Rajesh
2.Mr. Kumar
3. John Rakesh
there were not one not two but three customer care executives who hung up on me even when you call up for purchase details. If this is the sorry state of the company's customer care before purchase then I cannot just imagine what will they resort to after purchase.
