We purchased dell desktop vostro 220 computer tag no GKK 63BS on 26.5.2009 from wellwin shop Jaipur. DVD writter not working. Try to register complaint at 1800-425-4026 & 1800-425-8045 but not success. there is no proper response from technical unit of dell call/care centre.
