I placed an order for Battery and keyboard with Dell India but not received

I have placed an order with Dell on 9th Sept for Laptop Keyboard and Battery. They charged my credit card for 6, 100 and did not dispatched. When i called them, they told the order went to wrong department and will give refund. After that i have called dell more than 30 times for every alternate day and the representatives keep telling that i will get call in next 30mins. Forget about the call, so far i have not received my amount. Each time i called, i was in queue for about 30mins and then, the representatives keep transferring my calls between technical and customer departments.

Please do the needful.

Following are the charges for the spare parts as mentioned:

6 Cell battery keyboard, total Costing Rs. 6100/- including taxes.

6 Cell battery costing –Rs. 5000 /-

Keyboard for I-6400-Rs.1100/-

1. Validity of this quotation is for 10 business day.

2. All sales are subject to Dell s Terms and Conditions of Sale, Service and Technical Support ("Terms and Conditions"), copies of which are available on www.dell.comap or on request. These terms would apply irrespective of terms mentioned in the PO.

3. Dell can support hardware up to 5 years from date of manufacture/shipment.

4. Batteries and other consumables are not covered under warranty.

5. Payment Terms: 100% in advance. (Options below).

6. Kindly provide the road permit form for parts where ever required at the time of delivery.

Payment options: DD and At par cheque is accepted as a payment Mode.
