Hyd Dell employee Vedam Bharat had cheated me 27 300 rupees

My Self Veera, working as a software engineer.

I had a plan to buy a laptop and started enquiring friends and got to know that, if we order from a DELL employee, we can get the product with concession and asked my friend, who is working in Persistent systems, Hyderabad, if he has any friends who are working in DELL. He enquired for the same and found one of his colleague named Sailaja (working in Persistent Systems, Hyderabad) has a friend named "Vedam Bharat"(He is from Nellore, Andhra Pradesh) who is working in DELL, Hitech city, Hyderabad and given his contact details (Mobile Phone numbers- 09703555565, 09985699982 and e-mail id – Vedambharath@gmail.com).

I have sent an email with the required configuration details on 10-June (Attached email chain).

I have contacted Vedam Bharat on his mobile phone and got to know that, he is OK to help me out in this, and he quoted that the product price as Rs.27, 300 (In words Twenty Seven Thousand and three hundred rupees only including all charges and discounts) and asked me to transfer the quoted amount to his HDFC Bank account number - 00421140052892, Name - Vedam Bharat Suman, Branch - Sarojini Devi Road, Secendrabad.

I have asked him to send the quotation for the product. But he told me that, according to his company (DELL) policies, he cannot share the quotation as it is, but still i will try to take screen shot of it and will send it to you. but I enquired lot of time for the same and did not received the same and he said, there was no possibility to send the screen shot or quotation and told me that he got an approval from his manager to put the order for laptop hence transfer the quoted amount to above mentioned account number.

I have transferred the Rs.27, 300((In words Twenty Seven Thousand and three hundred rupees) to his HDFC account (HDFC Bank account number - 00421140052892, Name - Vedam Bharat Suman, Branch - Sarojini Devi Road, Secendrabad.) on 16-June (Attached email with transaction details).

I have sent an email with transaction details and asked to confirm the same. He also sent me an SMS saying, "He got the money, and placing an order" on 17-June and mentioned that, you will get the laptop within 20 days i.e. around 10-July.

Got another message from him saying "Yes Veera, Placed the order and expecting response from internal sales " on 19-June.

I was enquiring him for the status by sending emails regularly, for that he had given the replies.(Attached email Chain).

I was awaited for laptop till 10-July and called him and enquired for the same, he said and sent an email on 12-July saying "Hi veera..

Sorry for the delayed response.

I d been to bangalore on my office work.

I already mailed for the status of the laptop. It’s in transit. I ll spk with u directly this evening.. "

But, I did not get any call from him as he mentioned in the email and he sent another email on 14-July saying "Hi veera. your laptop will be delivered this Monday (i.e.19-July)..

As he mentioned that laptop will be delivered to his address i.e. DELL, Hyderabad, I have asked him to redirect it to me by giving my address on 16-July and awaited for the laptop delivery till 22-July and as I did not received it, I have sent an email on 22-July saying "Hi Bharat,

I have not received it as of yet.

At least have you received the same? Can you please share the info?

From then onwards, he was started saying, it has came to pune, and it is in the courier company s Gowdon and as I asked for reference number for the courier, he has not given that and stared saying stories and hence I stared suspecting him and I forced him to share the reference number and point of contact.

Then he had sent one SMS saying "Ref no. INT SAL S541023IN8, Point of Contact - Sirisha - 9791085495". I have tried to call her on the given number immediately, but that number was saying "Switched OFF",

Till now I have not seen that number is working. Hence, I have considered, he has cheated me.

So, I have asked him to re-call the delivery to DELL, Hyderabad and hand over it to my brother. He said, "Yes" and as asked to forward his communication with the courier company, he has forwarded some dummy email to me again continued telling stories.

Finally on 13-Augest, he said he got the product in his hand and waiting for the gate pass from the company and just dragged till 18-Augest by saying the same kind of stories.

On 18-Augest, he sent an SMS saying "They have sent a research version piece and not the customer version; they have accepted their mistake and asking that to return so that they will send the correct one and asked for few more days to wait". I said, "NO, I cannot wait any more and I lost the interest in buying the laptop and I asked him to cancel the order and asked to send back my money to my account and shared my account details."For that, he said, he will transfer the amount by 01-Sep.

I did not get my money back as he mentioned. Then, I have started calling up him, but he was stared annoying me and not attended my calls. Hence, I have contacted my friend and his colleague (Sailaja) and started negotiations through them.

Finally I have got Rs.10, 000 back through Sailaja and Bharat asked her to request me to wait till 15-September and she also mentioned that "Please dont make any calls to Vedam Bharat, I will call him and ask him to return the money". For that, I said "OK" and awaited up to 16-September as she requested.

But there was no use of it and also found that Sailja also annying my calls and started not picking my calls. Finally, I have sent an email on 27-september to both Vedam Bharat and Sailaja saying "Please return my money with 24 hrs from the mail sent date and time and as you people are not attending my calls and not responding properly, I am considering it as cheat/fraud and planning to file a police case against you". I did not recieved any response for this email also from any one of them.

Till today, he has not returned my money back to me and not picking my phones and even there was no proper responses for my messages also.

Finally, I have requested her to give me his address, so that I will take an action as per law. But she did not responded for that also. Hence, I would like to get the details regarding his address by enquiring her.

As he had suffered me a lot and given lot of mental pressure to me and he had fraud me, I am requesting you to take the severe action against him and stop him to cheat others like me and please make him to return my money as early as possible.

Here, I am providing all the copies of email and chat conversations between us and also I have to Mobile SMSs which he had sent to me.
