Mother Board Crash - 2 month old Laptop

The mother board of 2 month old bought on 17th July crashed on 23rd Sep. I was told that the engineer will come to help within 24 hours but there was no such action from their side. Infct on 25 th I got a call from them telling me it will take 2 weeks for the engineer to arrive. This is not mentioned anywhere in their service policy. On 29th Sep when still there was no action taken, I called trhem up and asked for a replacement of the machine. No action yet, no calls etc. Their service is bad, very bad. My work is stalled and is suffering so much but they are least bothered. The only reason I see in a 2 month old laptop crashing is that there are faulty parts installed in it and im sure it will keep giving me problems for the rest of its life. I want a reaplced machine completely and to take notice of the fact that their customer service is worst of the worst and I shall not recommend Dell to anyone ever. They do not know how to service customers who have invested hard earned money in their defective products and they call themselves customer friendly. Total illusion and nothing else.
