Dell India Private Ltd/ 90W adapter for inspiron
Order non delivery

Hello

I had placed an order with dell for a 90w adapter for my dell pc. The payment was made immediately for the same using credit card. I had sought confirmation for the same on mail and the person attending (Mohit Midha) had confirmed that the order had got downloaded properly. The person had confirmed that the order would reach me in 9 days.

I waited for around a month and several communications with their service center and call center people who always forwarded my calls to a number that never got picked up, the person (Mohit) answers my call after 3 days and says he was on vacation. The mails were forwarded to his manager, service center and everyone before. A total negligence from their side.

The ultimate blow was still pending. The response was he would call me back in 30 mins for the same. Well he did after which he said the part (adapter) is no longer made by dell and he will give me a refund.

Now you cant buy dell parts anywhere else but online. SO what do i do with my laptop? stash it away or let it work on an off market unreliable product just because the adapter has gone bad?
