I have bought a new Dell desktop computer on 27th March which has developed problem within a month of purchase. The request for support service was registered with DELL on 28th April and a technician visited on 2nd May. He was not able to rectify the problem fully that day and promised me to return on 5th May for further action after discussing the problem with company. After this I haven't heard from them. I have tried to contact them again for follow up but they gave some on-line suggestion which didn't work. When I conveyed this to Dell and requested to send a technician, they have stopped replying my mails, though as per the service document (part of the purchase package) they are supposed to response witjin 24 hours. I have also tried to contact other service providing team of Dell on their website on 13th May, but they also didn't responded (though they are also supposed to respond within 24 hours).
Now Dell has also stpped responding.
