Attery replacement

I have purchased one inspiron 1525 laptop in the month of december .it s service tag no . is 8qsl2bs and i have purchased this from delhi. At that time it s battery back up was 2 hr 10 min to 2 hr 20 min but since last 3 month it s reduces to less than 1 hr. twice i contacted n informed dell customer care about this but their reply (it s happen n now it will reduce to 30 min n ...) was shocking.

so i want to replace my battery and expect better reply from dell customer care next time n any further relief which u deems fit.
