PF amount not credited even after one yea

Subject - PF number KN/BN/24960/15790
This is in reference to my above Provident Fund Account. I submitted my PF withdrawl through Dell (badge number 841345) on 12th June which was submitted at the PF Office Banglore on 27th June. I was informed that the PF amount would be credited to my account within 3 months, however, it is almost an year and I do not see any credit to my account. I have been in constant touch with the Dell PF Department at Banglore and I was informed that my PF papers are cleared. The PF amount settled are Rs.37608/- epf and eps is Rs.15204/- The cheques will be dispatched and credited to my account by end of December 08 or 1st week of january 09.
I still have no information regarding the status of my PF credit. I tried to get in touch with the same person in Banglore but he asked me to contact the PF Commisioner Banglore for further information. I am extremely disappointed as I sent many letters to the following address but never got any response:

As per the Circular No. CSD IV/CPFC/Circulars/75216 all clamis received upto 28th February must be settled by 31st March. I was also informed that the PF Department is not entertaining any PF query since year end.
I still have no information regarding my PF. No one is ready to help me and I have no clue to whom should I address my greviances.
