Yet to receive my pf

Hi

i filled the necessary forms to withdraw pf and submitted to dell international services, mohali on april 4. my pf account no. is KN/BN/24960/31802. as per the company they have forwarded the documents to banglore pf deptt. i was told that i would get my pf in 2-3 months but i have yet to receive the amount. is there any other number other than 080-22216566, 22216596, 22279130 for the banglore pf deptt as all these numbers are out of order and i have not been able to contact the banglore pf deptt..
