Bad System

I baught Studio laptop in Sep - 2010 and in Nov - 2010 the mother board got down (dell replaces). In Jan now they gonna change keyboard and optical drive.

One more problem I am facing with internet connectivity, which Dell support engineers says this is the problem with operating system installation.

Also i have broken pixle on TFT also and dell support says its industry standard. I haven't seen in my life since i started working on computers. Dell will not gonna solve my issue, as support says.

With in 4 months, below are the parts got changed:

motherboard

keyboard

optical drive

And i hope many more to go..
