Over charged

I am staying in gurgaon & purchased one dell inspiron 1545 laptop online with credit card payment. With reference to DELL website, we contacted their banglore sales person. He misleaded me that we can not purchase it from their gurgaon office saying that it is only customer care unit (to fulfill his targets).

To buy carrybag for the laptop, i visited DELL gurgaon and found out that purchase of a laptop was very much possible from gurgaon office and that too with a discount of 2-3% on the amount which we paid (INR 37799). Also there was free carrybag of worth Rs. 1200. So altogether i am in big loss with this purchase and would not recommend to any of my friends to go for this product. DELL's employees have maligned their reputation with these ingenuine practices.
