LAPTOP NOT WORKING PROPERLY

We have two Laptops of Dell Product PP29L..The Problem Which introducing to us is that the Laptops Couldt Working Without Chargers... Lighting System Also going Down, Icons are not Seing Properly...

Kindly Do the Needfull to Solve These Problems...
