A complaint No. 790501825354 has been lodged on 24.08.2009 through toll free no. The customer care of your unit has assured that service representative of local (Bhubaneswar) to attend very shortly. But your service representative of Wipro/Bhubaneswar has not yet attended. As the laptop is very highly essential and it is using very sentitive places of East Coast Railway.

It is requested to send your local service representative from Bhubaneswar as early as possible please.
