DELL Studio 14
About not delivering the laptop

I have booked DELL STUDIO 14 in MASTRO in NAGPURE on 3rd sept. 09. i have also paid the money but i am not getting the delivery. they are saying that studio 14 is not available and they dont know the exact position. whether i will get the laptop or not. why i am not getting the laptop? what is wrong with studio 14.
