DELL Studio 14
Not replacing my laptop from 2months

As i have purchased dell studio 14 laptop from vijay sales ghatkopar on 17.02.09 few moths later it was given for the repair in hubli on date 04.05.2009 & they replied that the laptop cannot be repaired it will be replaced with new but still today iam not getting my laptop back
