DELL STUDIO-14
DELAY IN ORDER

I placed my order of Dell studio 14 laptop on 29- Aug.

At the time of order placing I was told that the Laptop will be delivered within 10-12 working days.

But that didn't happen. I kept on calling dell costumer service and every time they told me that i will be getting my Laptop within 4-5 days. When I called them today (29-Sep 2009) about my laptop they informed me that i will not be getting my laptop due to some problem.

They didn't even bother to inform me about this earlier.

It is me who called them and came to know about this.

During this 1 month they didn't even bother to inform me about all this.

So that I could have ordered some other Laptop and continued with my work.

I waited for long 1 month for the laptop but no one from dell informed me about all this.
