PROBLEM FACING IN LAPTOP

Well i bought a laptop dell studio 15 inch from singapur, since 1 week i am facing some problems in operating keyboard, bluetooth device and its touchpad mouse buttons are also not working... i had complained in dell india and there is no response from them... i hope i wil get a satisfactory response from you,

Well its urgent for me to work in laptop so i hope u will understand and take necessary action as soon as possible.

One most important think is that my laptop is in international warranty period.
