Poor parts Services & Not sufficient Recommended Engineers Staff

We have been suffering with wipro Parts service since stated them AMC in SVNIT surat. also wipro doesn't Provide fast service for SERVER HW parts so we are having lots of Problem with them, and Our PG & UG students also suffer with them poor & linger service. if u listen me then i request u to plz do something action against Wipro Gujarat Management. bcoz our University is Deemed & belong with Delhi Central Governments . & we are also obey IIT norms. so plz do the needful in this regards
