Dell Vostro 1520 laptop
Each of contract/higher price than MRP

I purchased a dell laptop-Vostro 1520, through a bulk deal offered especially for students of my college. The Dell Vendor (HBS System Ltd., New Delhi) took the complete payment and delivered the machine only after 25 days when it was promised to be delivered within 3 days. The laptop was charged at a price which is higher than the MRP printed on the laptop package box. The vendor then delivered the accessories of the laptop after another 20 days and did not even deliver all the accessories promised.
