Dell xps m1210

I bought a dell thinking it is a good quality product with excellent service. but that was not the case at all. not only did the mother board keep crashing (which dell agrees happens and they replace the same in the usa but not in india) but no one from dell ever responds to any e-mail at all. nor is there a website or e-mail id where one can make an official complaint. dell phewwww never again
