I am doing net and the window is going automatically update .i dont have idea of update and i have sutdown the system .and now it is not going to log on the system it comes blue screen with error for 5 to 6 sec and goes .and I am not authourised to format becouse have no partion with large data stored. No restoration option.you have given the antivirus of 15 month licence .i have purchased the laptop on 1st nov '08.ITS SERVICE TAG CW5J2BS . CN-0D501F-70166-899-0GJY
