No Refund being given by travel agent

Hi,

I had canncelled my Mumbai- JFK - MUmbai ticket in month of July with RAJLAKSHMI travels (IATA approved)(Contacts #: 28570834/38, 9820302828)... We had canncelled this ticket due to medical reasons as i was undergoing a Heart Surgery.

HOwever till date we have not got refund for the same. I have alreasy complaint to Delta Airlines and according to them the refund was processed July. Hoowever the agent is refusing and delaying our refund...

Please Do help. I am heart patient a literally in need of this money .(Please let me know if any other place i can mail for redressal of my problem)
