(non) availability of channels

Dear Sir,

I don't know if this is the right place to sumit a complaint of the type I am going to submit now! I write this mail from Riyadh.

For the last one month, we are not receiving any Asianet channels in Riyadh. Interestingly, this problem is not faced by all in Riyadh. But, many do face the problem. We don't have any official explanation from any Asianet sources. Is there anything we should do from our part dear sir?
