AC not working properly

After 3 rounds they got to know the problem occuring in AC.Then they took the fan blower for replacement one month back. Till now they have not returned it, and whole summer has passed away. What's the use of AC then??? We were wishing to purchase 2 more AC's for shop of your company, but if such are the services then we need to think over it.

We talked to Noida Incharge Mr. Kuldeep Sharma but he dont reply properly and his way of talking is just horrible. He always gives unsatisfactory answers.

Please look into the matter fast.
