DEMAND DRAFT
Return of DD no 015163 & 015163

This is in reference to two demand drafts (015163& 015164) of Rs. 10000/- each on date12-Sep at your branch drawn in favour of “The Director SCDL, Pune” .After 3/ 4 days when i enquired with the institute they said the DD has been rejected by drawee Axis Bank because (the DD is out of allocated range) city coding is incorrect.

Also spoke to head finance Symbiosis & got the same reply.

I would also like to highlight this not the first experience with your branch.

I fail to understand when mistakes are made at consumer end, bank charges a penalty, but when it’s done by the bank itself there is no action taken other than a simply apology..
