REMINDER

Dear Sir,

Following complaint has been sent to your good self by e- mail but we have not received any response till today-

A letter along with D.D. No. 237772 Dt. 30/ 01/ 09 for Rs. 15, 697/- has been sent to our lawyer Sh. S. S Nigam, Advocate High Court, 5, Elgin Road, Allahabad- 211001 vide speed post No. EI 010225595 IN Dt. 30/ 01/ 09 from P.O. Motilal Nehru, Karond, Bhopal It has been confirmed by the lawyer that it has not been received to him as on date. We submitted a complaint in this regard on Dt. 14/ 02/ 09. But no action has been taken by Postal Deptt. Our Sr. Admn. Officer legal Sh. Indrajeet Dutt personally met with the officials of post office, G.P.O. High Court Road, Allahabad but they are also unable to trace the same. It amount to negligence, carelessness and deficiency in service on the part of postal department.

It is therefore requested to look into the matter and ensure delivery of letter immediately to the addressee failing which we shall be compelled to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against the postal department.
